To encourage the flow of inspiration as we trust our bodies' intuition and embrace a life of womb & overall well-being.

As cyclical beings we ebb and flow like the tides and the waxing and waning for the Moon. I find noting my bleed on a calendar on my wall is so poetic, not only can I see what when my last bleed was, I can see what moon phase it has aligned with and it’s a a fabulous way to showcase my menstrual cycle & moon-time which deserves to be on display. A woman’s cycle is her inner compass and we need to have our lives revolve around them, that is what will bring harmony to us, humanity and the earth.
We used a mindful tracking practice that combined journaling, body awareness, and cycle mapping to deepen our connection to the natural rhythms of the body. By observing physical, emotional, and energetic patterns throughout the menstrual cycle, we began to recognise the unique language of our bodies and respond with more compassion and alignment.
Through consistent reflection and tuning in, we started to see how our moods, energy levels, and needs shifted with each phase of the cycle. This awareness helped us make more intentional choices like resting during menstruation, planning creative projects in the follicular phase, and setting boundaries around ovulation and the luteal phase. Over time, this practice transformed into a ritual of self-trust, allowing us to work with our bodies instead of against them.
2. Book - Sacred Woman by Queen Afua
Sacred Woman by Queen Afua is a transformative guide rooted in ancient African spiritual traditions, designed to reconnect women with the divine wisdom of their wombs, minds, and spirits. Through rituals, plant-based healing, ancestral practices, and holistic self-care, the book invites readers to awaken the Sacred Woman within and reclaim their power, purpose, and peace
"This book stirred something deep within me and inspired a powerful shift in how I approach my healing. It opened the door to a new path, one centred on nurturing my womb and embracing a life of womb wellness. As someone who hopes to become a mother one day, it reminded me that this journey begins with doing the inner work, healing myself so I can one day offer a whole, sacred home for the life I hope to carry" - Sourita
3. New Moon Oil with Frankincense
Frankincense has been used for over 3,000 years in religious rituals. Frankincense is considered a holy oil in the Middle East.
Sworn as a miracle oil for skin. Some women have claimed that Frankincense is great for diminishing the appearance of stretch marks (at Tutti we love to embrace stretch marks also). It also is one of the essential oils used to alleviate menstrual pain.
Frankincense contains boswellic acid, which is a potent pain-reducing compound that is anti-inflammatory and great at reducing menstrual cramps.
Frankincense essential oil has a grounding, woody aroma that can be used to enhance meditation and increase your awareness while you realise your limitless potential.
