Organic Hemp seed oil- contains gamma-linoleic acid which in an omega-6 essential fatty acid, crucial for maintaining optimal reproductive health and hormonal harmony. Topical application can optimise its effects and assist in alleviating fluid retention, bloating and breast tenderness whilst promoting a sense of emotional calm and wellbeing.
Magnesium – an essential mineral which aids in regulating our energy levels and muscular function. During our menstrual cycle, cellular magnesium levels naturally reduce, often resulting in somatic symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. Magnesium plays a vital role in calming the nervous system, and when applied topically can reduce muscle aches and cramping as well as relieve stress and promote a restful nights sleep.
Lugol’s Iodine – promotes healthy estrogen metabolism by stabilising estrogen sensitive tissues in the breasts, uterus, ovaries and thyroid which can aid in long term optimisation of womb health.
