On July 10th, the Full Moon in Capricorn rises as the Sun in Cancer opposes the Moon in Capricorn, marking a moment of powerful polarity and deep emotional illumination.
Full Moons always represent a time of culmination, and this one is no different. It brings to light what began during the Cancer New Moon and now demands embodiment and expression. The Moon in Capricorn, ruler of time, structure, and accountability, reflects the light of the nurturing Cancer Sun, a dance between our need for safety and our urge to succeed.
Capricorn pulls us outward, toward our goals, career, responsibilities and physical realms. Energetically, this moon awakens the Root Chakra (Muladhara), our foundation. When this chakra is open and strong, we feel grounded, safe, and supported in life. But when it's out of balance, we may experience fear, insecurity, scarcity, or instability.
This lunation may bring up root-level questions:
- What makes me feel safe?
- Where do I belong?
- What am I building that will last?
- Am I rooted in truth or surviving in fear?
The Capricorn Full Moon helps us reestablish connection to Earth, body, structure, and soul purpose. We are being asked to ground our dreams in action, to tend to our inner stability, and to remember that strength doesn't mean numbness, it means rooted presence.
Womb-to-Land Ritual: Returning to the Earth, Remembering the Self
This ritual is a remembrance. A reconnection. A softening into the truth that your body, your womb, and the Earth are not separate. They speak the same language.
What You’ll Need:
- A quiet place outdoors (or near natural earth, garden, beach, forest, even a patch of grass)
- A cloth or blanket if needed for comfort
- Tutti Moon Oil
- A small bowl of water (optional, for cleansing)
Ritual
1) Anoint with Tutti Moon Oil
Gently rub a few drops of Tutti Moon Oil over your lower belly, around your womb space. Massage with presence. Whisper softly to your body:
“You are sacred. You are safe. You are whole.”
2) Lie Belly-Down on the Earth
Lower yourself onto the ground, womb and heart pressed to the Earth. Let gravity take you. Feel the pull of the land, the ancient remembering in your bones. Let your breath deepen. Let your body soften.
You are not separate from her.
You are made of the same soil, water, and mystery.
3) Breathe + Release
With each exhale, surrender a little more. Let any tension, grief, or unspoken emotion melt into the soil. Feel the Earth receive you, unconditionally.
Above you, the Moon watches. She doesn’t need you to do anything, only to be.
To feel.
To remember.
4) Tutti Womb Massage
Shake your Tutti Moon Oil bottle, add a few drops onto your womb & place both hands over your belly. Tune in. Let the oil guide you. Listen.
Womb Whisper: “I am the bridge between moonlight and soil. My pain, my power, my pleasure—none of it is separate. I am returning home. I no longer carry what isn’t mine. I create from a place of truth.”
5) Close in Silence
Rest here for as long as you need. When you're ready, offer a final breath of gratitude to the land beneath you and to your body for remembering. You may wish to rinse your hands in the bowl of water to symbolically release what was shed.
This ritual is especially potent under the Capricorn Full Moon, when the energy of Earth and Womb are amplified. Let it be a ceremony of grounding, remembering, and reclaiming.
