Create Sacred Space
Choose a quiet, safe space where you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably, spine upright, feet connected to the ground. Light a candle, burn cleansing herbs (like sage or palo santo), or place a crystal nearby if desired.
Anoint your third eye with a drop of Moon Oil
Call In Protection & Guidance
Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Say aloud or internally: “I call in my spirit guides, ancestors of the highest light, and protectors to be present with me now. I ask to be surrounded by a shield of white light for clarity, safety, and divine guidance.”
Visualise a radiant white light enveloping your body, surrounding your energy field like a glowing cocoon of protection.
Protective Breathing Technique
Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 4
Hold for 4
Exhale through your mouth for 6
Repeat for 3–5 rounds, visualising yourself breathing in light and exhaling all fear, tension, or distraction.
Third Eye Activation
Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows, the centre of your forehead. Imagine your Third Eye resting there, gently closed. If you can’t “see” it visually, simply sense it with your inner awareness. In your mind’s eye, begin to slowly and gently open this Third Eye, like the petals of a flower unfurling. Visualise a beam of indigo light shining out from the Third Eye, softly illuminating the room. Allow this indigo light to expand, filling the space around you with intuitive awareness and calm spiritual presence.
Choose to Stay Open or Close
You may choose to keep your Third Eye open if you feel safe and clear, or gently close it after the activation:
To close:
Visualise the indigo light drawing back inward, from the room back into your Third Eye.
See or sense the eye gently closing, like the slow closing of a lens.
Say in your heart:
“I thank my Third Eye for its insight and now return to the grounded wisdom of my body.”
Give Gratitude & Ground
Thank your guides and light beings for their protection and presence. “Thank you for guiding me, for keeping me safe, and for anchoring me in truth and light.” Ground yourself by visualising roots growing from the soles of your feet, traveling deep into the Earth. Feel your energy settling, body, mind, and spirit fully anchored in the present moment.
