Spiritually, the heart and breasts are viewed as deeply connected, with the breasts serving as an extension of the heart chakra. 

 

Western medicine often emphasise on the genetic factors of breast health, however there are also clear emotional patterns that can contribute to breast dis-eases. The Fourth Chakra / Heart Chakra, serves as your emotional center. When negative or unresolved emotional patterns are held within, they can create an environment that fosters illness in the breasts. On the other hand, by recognising and releasing these harmful emotional patterns, you can create a foundation for healing and overall health.

 

Rose petals have been used throughout history as a medicinal tool to connect with the heart. They are believed to be "heart-opening" in a metaphorical sense, promoting emotional openness, compassion, and self-love. This effect may be attributed to their calming and stress-relieving qualities, along with their symbolic ties to love and beauty. Additionally, rose tea offers healing benefits for overall well-being and supports breast health due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

 

The emotional patterns linked to breast dis-ease include anger, resentment, grief, bitterness, excessive care for others, neglecting or refusing to care for yourself, an inability to forgive, a lack of trust in others, or a sense of hopelessness. While it's natural to experience these emotions at times, it's only when we hold onto them longer than needed they can create an imbalance, leading to emotional patterns and beliefs that affect overall well-being.

 

HEART & BREAST LOVE RITUAL 

1. Find a place to drop in whether it's in the comfort of your home space or a quiet place in nature

2. Prepare your Rose Tea 

3. Slowly and intentionally sip on your tea, envisioning the medicine of the rose plant reaching and expanding your heart with every sip 

4. Using your Moon Oil, add a few drops onto your fingers and massage your breast intuitively. Closing your eyes and allow your hands to guide you intuitively, which areas feel most tender and need more touch

5. Speak loving affirmations either in your head or aloud. Believe and trust in the power of your words. Here are some examples for affirmations you can use
