Lunar New Year Womb Reset Ritual

Lunar New Year Womb Reset Ritual

A Sacred Guide to Clearing, Calling In & Creating

According to the lunar calendar, the new year marks an energetic rebirth. After months of shedding, releasing, and clearing, especially within the womb space where emotions, memories, and creative energy are held, we are left with sacred emptiness. This space is not meant to remain vacant. It is meant to be intentionally filled with what nourishes us, supports our growth, and aligns us with our deepest truth. This ritual is an invitation to reconnect with your womb, honour what has been released, and consciously call in what you are ready to create.

What You’ll Need

  • A candle
  • A journal + pen
  • Moon Oil
  • A bowl of water or herbal tea
  • Optional: crystals, flowers, incense, music

Ground & Connect

Sit or lie comfortably. Place both hands over your lower belly. Breathe slowly into your womb space. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Feel yourself arriving in your body. Affirm,
“I am present. I am safe in my body.”

Release

In your journal, write:

  • What you’ve outgrown
  • What you’ve been carrying
  • What no longer feels aligned

Thank these lessons. Then consciously release them. Affirm,
“I release what no longer serves my highest good.”

Womb Anointing

Warm a few drops of Moon oil in your hands. Massage your lower belly in slow, clockwise circles. As you touch your womb, speak softly to her. Affirm, “My womb is a sacred vessel for creation and clarity.”

Call In

Write what you want to fill this space with:

  • Emotions
  • Energies
  • Experiences
  • Intentions

Read them out loud. Affirm, “I consciously fill my inner space with love, purpose, and pleasure.”

Seal the Ritual

Sip your tea or water mindfully. Blow out your candle. Place your hands over your womb one last time. Affirm, “I trust my womb’s wisdom to guide my next chapter.”

Womb Wisdom Reminders

  • Your womb holds memory  (emotional and ancestral)
  • Clearing is powerful, filling is essential
  • Creation begins in the body, not the mind
  • Pleasure is medicine
  • Rest is sacred
  • Your cycle is a guide
